estate, homes, Realtor and agent along with the Realtor’s city
name. The fact is that a site that has been properly optimized
can attract visitor traffic under more than 500 different
keyword phrases. Additionally, the use of keyword phrases is
also important in capturing the attention of the homebuyer.
The individuals and
companies selling real estate websites do not publicize this
information because it is one of the secrets involved in search
engine optimization. The top search phrases that are general
knowledge are also the most difficult to earn placement under.
But, volume visitor traffic can be achieved without many top
placements under the popular keyword phrases. This is how a

types of residences, homes, condos, lofts and town homes.
Ok,
we have addressed the importance of keyword phrases relative to
the search engines but, what about the home buyer visiting the
site? Well, we want to capture the buyers attention and we can
do this by using keyword phrases that push his buttons. Many of
these keyword phrases are the same as those for the search
engines. The home buyer knows what he is looking for. It might
be a “waterfront home”, “custom home”, “luxury home”, “new home”
or perhaps a “horse property”. Each of these phrases will get
the attention of the buyer interested in that type of home.
Using these phrases and even having pages dedicated to some of
these types of homes will capture the attention of the buyer and
